Segmental Paver Installer

Job Description

As a Segmental Paver Installer, you will be responsible for laying and maintaining interlocking pavers. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in paving and a strong commitment to quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces and excavate base for paver installation.
• Cut and shape pavers as necessary for intricate designs.
• Maintain tools and equipment to ensure longevity and operational efficiency.
• Assess and address any issues related to water drainage during installation.
• Participate in client consultations to understand project requirements.
• Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed on all job sites.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and maintain quality.
• Train new team members on processes and safety regulations.
• Monitor ongoing work to ensure adherence to productivity and quality standards.
• Report any issues or discrepancies to the Site Supervisor immediately.

Requirements

Education

• Trade Qualification in Construction (preferred)

Experience

• Proven experience in heavy equipment operation is a plus.
