Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our construction projects in Durban. You will manage budgets, schedules, and project teams while ensuring adherence to safety and quality policies. The position requires familiarity with building codes, permits, and an ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning meetings to define scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, tracking progress against milestones.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting on project status to stakeholders.
  • Implement quality control processes throughout the construction phase.
  • Facilitate communication among project teams and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
  • Master's degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years in a supervisory role in construction
