Job Description

Our company is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee projects in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate should be adept at managing multiple projects while ensuring quality and on-time deliverables, all while leading a team towards success. You will coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure communication and adherence to safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all phases of the construction project.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Coordinate subcontractor work and manage on-site personnel.
• Maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and project teams.
• Resolve any issues that may arise on-site.
• Prepare status reports and project documentation.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and suppliers.
• Train and mentor junior staff and crew members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in construction management.
