Join our dynamic HR team as an HR Consultant. We are looking for an individual with a rich background in various HR functions including talent management, performance appraisal, and employee training. Your insights will be instrumental in fostering a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to streamline the HR processes.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Advise management on HR best practices in recruitment and retention.
• Facilitate employee training and development programs.
• Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations.
• Collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business goals.
• Maintain and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and inform decision-making.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Master's degree in HR Management is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in HR consulting or related roles
