Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Concrete Swimming Pool Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in constructing and installing concrete pools, ensuring high-quality finishes and compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and excavate sites for concrete pools.
• Assemble molds and pour concrete as per design specifications.
• Install and integrate plumbing and electrical systems for optimal operation.
• Provide high-quality finishes by applying waterproofing agents.
• Set up and maintain pool equipment such as pumps and lights.
• Document installation processes and maintain compliance with local regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding their project needs.
• Supervise and mentor crew members on site.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Apprenticeship completion in swimming pool construction preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in pool installation and maintenance.

Technical Skills

• Construction Tools Proficiency
