We are on the lookout for an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and guide our construction projects in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate should have a solid track record in managing construction teams and ensuring project completion within specifications and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations on-site and ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor project milestones and deliverables.
• Implement project changes and manage client expectations.
• Conduct site reviews with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
• Train and mentor junior staff on-site.
• Compile project reports and forecasts for management.
• Engage with local communities to ensure positive relations.
• Ensure environmental compliance in all construction activities.
• Review and approve project-related correspondence.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Construction Management or related field

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in the construction industry
