Job Description

We are on the lookout for an experienced HR Generalist to manage HR functions at our Durban location. The successful candidate will handle recruitment, training, employee relations, and assist in performance evaluations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Facilitate onboarding, training and development programs.
  • Assist with performance appraisal and feedback processes.
  • Maintain and update HR records and databases.
  • Provide advice to management on HR issues.
  • Engage with employees to foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Monitor employee satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and employment standards.
  • Manage employee exit processes.
  • Collaborate with management to identify HR needs and solutions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with HR focus
Experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a generalist HR role
