Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Food and Tobacco Roasting, Baking, and Drying Machine Operator to join our production team. The successful candidate will operate icing machinery, monitor production processes, and ensure the quality of our baked products.

Responsibilities

• Manage the setup and operation of icing machines effectively.
• Check raw materials for quality before production.
• Ensure production line runs smoothly to prevent delays.
• Conduct quality checks and document results.
• Implement standard operating procedures for consistency.
• Communicate with team members about production needs.
• Support the training of new operators when applicable.
• Participate in team meetings for continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of production data for reporting.
• Adhere to all workplace health and safety regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Technical training in food manufacturing is a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience with baking or icing equipment operation
