Job Description

We are on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Learning and Development Coordinator to enhance our employee training programs. This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and managing training initiatives that drive professional development and upskill our workforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of training programs that align with business goals.
• Assess the training requirements of employees through surveys and interviews.
• Design engaging learning experiences using a variety of multimedia tools.
• Collect and analyze data on training metrics and outcomes.
• Create a feedback loop for continuous improvement of training initiatives.
• Serve as a mentor, providing guidance and support to junior staff.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in learning and development.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development is a plus

• 5+ years of experience in learning and development
