Job Description

We are on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Learning and Development Coordinator to enhance our employee training programs. This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and managing training initiatives that drive professional development and upskill our workforce.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute training programs based on identified training needs.
• Maintain and update training materials and resources.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling and venue arrangements.
• Foster a learning culture by promoting workshops and skill sessions.
• Collaborate with management to identify training and development needs.
• Assist in budgeting for training and development activities.
• Track learning progress and provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in learning and development

Certifications

• ATD Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
