Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle including job postings, screening, and interview processes.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Support employee onboarding and training programs to facilitate new hires' integration.
• Assist in managing employee relations and resolve any workplace issues or conflicts.
• Conduct performance evaluations and assist in employee development plans.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems.
• Organize staff engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Monitor HR compliance and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role
