Job Description

We are on the lookout for an HR Generalist who is passionate about driving HR initiatives and providing invaluable support to our employees. As an integral part of our team, you will handle various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage training content that meets organizational needs.
• Conduct regular assessments to measure training impact.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires with relevant training.
• Utilize learning management systems to deliver training content.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement through effective learning.
• Align training objectives with business goals.
• Mentor and coach staff to promote personal and professional growth.
• Collaborate on talent management initiatives to ensure employee engagement.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
• Additional certifications in Adult Learning Principles will be an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in training and development roles

Technical Skills

• Facilitation Skills
• Digital Learning Tools

Soft Skills

• Motivation and Encouragement
• Organizational skills

Certifications

• Learning Experience Designer Certification
• Coaching or Mentorship Certifications are a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent

• Knowledge of adult learning principles: Understanding of diverse learning styles and how to adapt training accordingly.
