Job Description

We are on the lookout for a driven and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. You will be responsible for implementing effective HR strategies that facilitate employee development and enhance workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Advise management on HR best practices and strategies.
  • Conduct performance reviews and feedback sessions.
  • Facilitate employee training and development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with employee laws and policies.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics and trends.
  • Support employee wellness programs.
  • Enhance workplace diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies.
  • Draft and distribute HR newsletters and communications.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or Psychology
  • Master's degree in HR is preferred
