We are on the lookout for a passionate and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our Johannesburg team. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a keen understanding of the recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment campaigns for various sectors, focusing on quality and speed.
• Build and manage a talent pool for ongoing recruitment needs.
• Conduct background checks and reference checks on candidates.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage the recruitment pipeline.
• Deliver recruitment reports and analytics to management.
• Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote services.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications in HR are preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
