Responsibilities
Lead recruitment campaigns for various sectors, focusing on quality and speed.
Build and manage a talent pool for ongoing recruitment needs.
Conduct background checks and reference checks on candidates.
Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage the recruitment pipeline.
Deliver recruitment reports and analytics to management.
Participate in career fairs and networking events to promote services.
Requirements
Education
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
Postgraduate qualifications in HR are preferred
