Job Description

The First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers plays a crucial role in managing daily operations on the production floor. You will be responsible for overseeing staff, ensuring production goals are met, and fostering a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations on the production floor.
  • Ensure all team members conform to safety guidelines.
  • Conduct training programs for new employees.
  • Maintain accurate records of production and inventory.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to mitigate defects.
  • Foster a positive work environment and encourage teamwork.
  • Prepare and submit monthly performance reports to management.
  • Act as a liaison between the production staff and upper management.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field preferred
