Job Description

Join our creative team as an Event Coordinator! You will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning and execution, including site selection, vendor management, and client communication. Ideal candidates should have previous experience in event coordination and an ability to handle multiple tasks seamlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee event logistics, ensuring all elements are in place.
  • Maintain a comprehensive event calendar and project plans.
  • Direct on-the-day event management to ensure all runs smoothly.
  • Create and manage contracts with vendors and suppliers.
  • Assist in venue scouting and selection for various events.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
  • Master’s degree is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in planning and executing large events
