Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cooks, Private Household, known as Certified Personal Chef (CPC) to craft personalized meal plans and provide exceptional culinary experiences to our clients. You will collaborate closely with clients to cater to their dietary preferences and needs while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and sanitation.

Responsibilities

  • Design and prepare diverse menus tailored to client preferences.
  • Oversee kitchen sanitation and compliance with food safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients to refine their culinary preferences.
  • Utilize sustainable and locally sourced ingredients wherever possible.
  • Monitor food stock and order necessary supplies.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as required.
  • Assist in organizing special events or functions as needed.
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree or diploma in culinary arts or related field
Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as a personal chef or in a similar role
