Job Description

As a Warehouse Manager, you will oversee all aspects of warehouse operations. Your role involves managing inventory, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse operations and staff, ensuring productivity.
• Establish safety measures and promote a safety-first culture.
• Track and analyze KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage the receiving and dispatching of goods.
• Oversee inventory audits and annual stock-taking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop training programs for new hires.
• Participate in cost control and budgeting initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Advanced diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse setting
