We are seeking a skilled Fleet Manager to oversee our fleet operations in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing vehicle maintenance, optimizing routes, and ensuring compliance with all regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily fleet operations and driver performance.
• Research and implement new technology to enhance fleet management.
• Report on fleet performance metrics to senior management.
• Develop policies and procedures for fleet management.
• Create safety protocols for vehicle operations and driver conduct.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or related field
• Postgraduate qualifications preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in fleet management or logistics
