Requirements

Education
  • Matriculation or equivalent qualification
  • Degree or diploma in Customer Service or related field is preferable
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in customer support or related fields
Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Typing speed of at least 40 wpm
Soft Skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities
Languages
  • English: Fluent
  • Afrikaans: Conversational
