Job Description

As a Customer Success Manager at Innovative Solutions Co. in Port Elizabeth, you will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with our customers. Your main objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction and drive retention through exceptional support and engagement strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer onboarding and implementation processes.
  • Deliver presentations and demonstrations for customer stakeholders.
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback to improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate on marketing initiatives that enhance customer engagement.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to track customer satisfaction levels.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • MBA or relevant certifications are preferred
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles
Technical Skills
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Project Management Tools (e.g., Trello, Asana)

Languages
  • English: Fluent

Advantageous

  • Knowledge of customer journey mapping: Experience in creating touchpoints that enhance customer experience.
