Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Technician to join our team in East London. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for hardware and software issues, ensuring that our IT infrastructure runs smoothly. Your role will involve troubleshooting, resolving, and documenting issues while collaborating with various teams to improve technologic efficacy.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for IT issues.
  • Evaluate and prioritize support requests based on urgency.
  • Provide training sessions for new software implementations.
  • Ensure compliance with company’s IT policies.
  • Assist with new staff onboarding with IT setups.
  • Analyze IT systems for improvements and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain user guides and documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
Experience
  • 3+ years experience in IT support
