Responsibilities

• Dispense and compound medications as per pharmacist guidelines.
• Advise patients on health and wellness topics.
• Monitor the efficacy and safety of drug therapies.
• Conduct medication reconciliation for patients.
• Work closely with healthcare practitioners to improve patient outcomes.
• Provide health care counseling and education.
• Assist in the development of health strategies for patients.
• Ensure adherence to legal and pharmacological standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy
• Advanced certification in clinical pharmacy is a plus

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in retail and/or clinical pharmacy
