We seek a Financial Analyst to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of financial principles to assist in generating insightful reports, conducting thorough analyses and helping to drive informed business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic business decisions.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and forecasts for management.
• Analyze variances between budgets and actuals, and provide insights for performance improvement.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and operating plans.
• Collaborate with different departments to understand their financial needs.
• Support the auditing process by providing required financial information.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or investment analysis

Certifications

• CFA or CPA is a plus

Languages

• English: Fluent
