Job Description

As a Financial Manager, you will manage and coordinate branch operations while ensuring compliance with banking regulations. Lead a team of financial professionals to achieve branch targets and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure adherence to marketing strategies to boost branch visibility.
  • Institute a culture of accountability within the team.
  • Guide team members in achieving their individual and collective goals.
  • Review and optimize fee structures and financial products.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff.
  • Organize training sessions for staff on new banking products.

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints effectively.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred
