Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic Cultural Tour Guide to showcase Johannesburg's rich history and diverse cultures to our guests. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling and possess an in-depth knowledge of local traditions and landmarks.

Responsibilities

  • Engage visitors with captivating storytelling during tours in Johannesburg.
  • Foster connections between guests and local culture.
  • Assist in planning and executing unique cultural experiences.
  • Provide high standards of customer service and support.
  • Maintain safety protocols during tours and ensure compliance.
  • Participate in training to develop guiding and communication skills.

Requirements

Education
  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
  • Degree in Tourism, History, or Cultural Studies is preferable
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in tour guiding or education roles
