Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to evaluate the physical and emotional well-being of patients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient progress.
• Provide support and encouragement to patients to enhance their motivation.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Allied Health or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting
