Job Description

We are seeking a Farm Buyer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and procuring agricultural products for our company, ensuring that all purchases align with our sustainability goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement processes for farm inputs, including fertilizers, seeds, and equipment.
• Negotiate terms and conditions with international suppliers, especially for imports.
• Conduct regular market research to stay informed about pricing and product availability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective procurement.
• Prepare and maintain procurement reports and analyses to inform business decisions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Supply Chain Management

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in procurement roles, preferably in agriculture

Technical Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Inventory management systems

Soft Skills

• Ability to work independently
• Team player

Languages

• English: Fluent
