• Assist in training new team members in best practices for ripening.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss process improvements.
• Support the team in quality assurance checks.

• Participate in inventory management and storage procedures.
• Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing produce.
• Assist in the development of process documentation.
