Join our vibrant team as an Event Planner in Durban. You will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of event planning, from initial concept development to on-site execution. We are looking for a creative individual with a passion for making events run smoothly and memorably.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials for events.
• Develop creative themes and concepts for different types of events.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for guests and participants as required.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide outstanding customer service throughout the event planning process.
• Maintain event planning software and files to ensure all information is current and accessible.
• Lead post-event evaluations to assess outcomes and improve future events.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Event Management or related discipline

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role

Certifications

• Certified Meeting Planner (CMP)
