Job Description

As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations at our East London location. Your focus will be on enhancing customer satisfaction while managing a team of dedicated staff.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve performance goals.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings to ensure alignment on restaurant objectives.
  • Monitor food and beverage costs to maximize profitability.
  • Implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Manage cash handling and financial reporting.
  • Ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and presentation.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
Experience
  • 5 years of progressive experience in the food and beverage industry.
