HR Regulatory Compliance Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking an HR Regulatory Compliance Analyst who will play a critical role in ensuring that our HR policies and procedures adhere to the latest regulations and standards. This position requires a meticulous individual with strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Review and draft HR policies in line with legislative requirements.
• Ensure that all HR documentation is compliant with local laws.
• Conduct risk assessments related to HR compliance.
• Facilitate training and workshops on compliance topics.
• Provide guidance and support during compliance investigations.
• Compile and present compliance findings to the HR Director and executive team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Compliance is preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in HR compliance or related roles
