Job Description

As a Payroll Manager, you will lead our payroll department in Port Elizabeth, ensuring all payroll activities are completed accurately and on time. You will be the go-to person for payroll-related queries, oversee payroll legislation compliance and implement best practices in payroll processing.

Responsibilities

  • Direct daily payroll operations and ensure timelines are met.
  • Analyze payroll data for discrepancies, issues, and trends.
  • Ensure timely submission of statutory deductions and filings.
  • Collaborate with HR to manage employee records accurately.
  • Train and supervise payroll team members for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist with year-end payroll reports and compliance documentation.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Human Resources Management is an advantage
  • Master's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of payroll experience, including supervisory roles.
