Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives in Cape Town. In this pivotal role, you will oversee recruitment, employee relations, and talent development, ensuring that our workforce remains engaged and productive. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the formulation and execution of HR policies and practices.
  • Supervise recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new staff.
  • Manage employee training initiatives to foster skill development.
  • Handle grievances and disciplinary actions in a fair manner.
  • Enhance team dynamics through conflict resolution and coaching.
  • Develop programs to evaluate employee satisfaction and performance.
  • Support leadership in succession planning and talent management.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Organize team-building activities to strengthen team cohesion.
  • Lead efforts to enhance workplace culture and employee wellbeing.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD) is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management or related field
