Responsibilities

• Document installation processes and materials used for client records.
• Assist in training new team members on fencing installation techniques.
• Implement best practices for quality workmanship.
• Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certifications in construction or safety training preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in fencing or construction roles

Technical Skills

• Welding skills
• Power tool operation

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Customer service orientation

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to operate machinery safely: Experience in operating any heavy machinery related to fence installation is a bonus.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations: Familiarity with legal requirements for fence installations.
