Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead project planning efforts for multiple construction projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Monitor project budgets and financial performance, identifying areas for cost savings.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, ensuring transparency and collaboration.
  • Utilize construction management software to track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Evaluate and select subcontractors and suppliers based on project requirements.
  • Review and approve project plans, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
  • Implement best practices in construction management and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Coordinate project schedules with field operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Prepare risk management assessments for all projects.
  • Assist in developing training programs for project management staff.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred

  • 7+ years of experience in managing complex construction projects
