We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects in Durban. The ideal candidate will manage project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure successful project outcomes. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards while leading a diverse team of construction professionals.

Responsibilities

• Implement project management best practices in all operations.

• Review and approve project plans and specifications.
• Track project schedules and ensure timely completion.
• Develop and maintain project documentation.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.

• Ensure all safety protocols and standards are followed.
• Support business development initiatives by providing feedback on new opportunities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field
• Master's degree in Construction Management or related field is an advantage

Experience

• 7+ years in construction management with a track record of successful projects
