As a Learning and Development Specialist in our Cape Town office, you will play a crucial role in shaping our workforce's skills and knowledge. This position involves conducting needs assessments, facilitating training sessions, and utilizing various learning methodologies to ensure optimal learning outcomes. Responsibilities

• Analyze organizational training gaps and recommend solutions.
• Develop metrics for measuring training effectiveness and employee engagement.
• Enhance existing training programs based on participant feedback and company changes.
• Create a library of learning resources and tools for employee access.
• Foster a supportive learning environment for all employees.
• Assist with developing leadership training programs for personal growth.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning Sciences, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in corporate training and development
