HR Generalist

Job Description

As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in managing HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. You will work closely with management to develop effective HR strategies that support the business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment initiatives and manage the talent pipeline.
• Provide guidance on employee relations and performance management.
• Support the implementation of HR initiatives and provide administrative assistance.
• Facilitate conflict resolution meetings and mediation.
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze employee feedback.
• Engage in continuous improvement of HR processes.
• Assist in creating HR-related communications and documentation.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Psychology
• Master's degree in Human Resources Management is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of generalist HR experience

Certifications

• CIPD Level 5 Certificate in Human Resource Management
