Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Veterinarian to join our practice in Bloemfontein. As part of our team, you will be involved in patient care, performing surgeries, and managing cases effectively, ensuring all pets receive the highest level of attention and care.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat injuries or illnesses in a variety of domestic animals.
• Perform surgeries and dental procedures.
• Provide palliative care for terminally ill patients.
• Collaborate with a team of animal care professionals.
• Ensure compliance with medical, safety, and legal guidelines.
• Participate in community health and wellness events.
• Help in the training and development of junior staff.
• Evaluate laboratory tests and imaging results.
• Conduct routine health checks and wellness examinations.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Veterinary Medicine

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting
