We are seeking a skilled Tailor, Dressmaker, and Custom Sewer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have substantial experience in garment construction and alterations, with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed patterns and templates for various garments.
• Assist in product development by providing input on designs and materials.
• Work collaboratively with a team of seamstresses and tailors.
• Maintain an organized inventory of fabrics and sewing supplies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any sewing machine issues.
• Participate in quality control processes to ensure all products meet standards.
• Document and track project progress and timelines.
• Attend client fittings and provide alterations as necessary.
• Contribute ideas for improving production efficiency.
• Participate in workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Formal training in sewing or fashion design is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in tailoring or garment making.
