Job Description

As a Packaging and Filling Machine Operator, you will be responsible for efficiently operating loading equipment to load and unload goods. Your role is crucial in ensuring that goods are handled safely and securely, maintaining the quality of products during the loading process.

Responsibilities

• Operate various types of loading equipment and machinery safely and effectively.
• Ensure that goods are loaded and unloaded efficiently to meet delivery schedules.
• Perform regular checks and maintenance on operating equipment.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in the stocktaking process and manage inventory records.
• Liaise with logistics personnel to ensure accurate and timely transport of goods.
• Document any issues arising during loading/unloading processes.
• Train and mentor junior staff on the safe operation of machinery.
• Engage in team meetings to discuss workload and productivity improvements.
• Stay updated on best practices in warehouse safety and efficiency.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid forklift operator certification preferred

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a relevant field
