Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to build trust and rapport.
  • Assess individual and family needs through interviews and observations.
  • Design and implement innovative programs to address social issues.
  • Connect clients with financial, educational, and healthcare resources.
  • Participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness of services.
  • Assist in policy advocacy related to social justice issues.
  • Train and mentor junior social workers and interns.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services offered.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all interactions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field
  • Master's degree is preferred
Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in social work or related roles
