Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Customer Success Manager to join our team in East London. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and optimizing product use through proactive engagement and support. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs, onboard them effectively, and act as their main point of contact.

Responsibilities

  • Foster strong relationships with customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Establish metrics for measuring customer success and satisfaction.
  • Proactively reach out to customers to offer support and ensure product satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing for customer success stories and testimonials.

  • Mentor junior team members and share best practices for customer success.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Master's degree in Business Administration preferred

  • 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles or account management
