Responsibilities

• Utilize CAD software to produce detailed engineering drawings.
• Conduct root cause analysis for engineering failures and implement corrective actions.
• Assist in the development of project timelines and resource allocation.
• Monitor project budget and timeline adherence, reporting variances.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure necessary materials and components.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns, providing guidance and support.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for management review.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering roles
