We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead various construction projects in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee multiple construction projects concurrently.
• Develop and implement project management methodologies tailored for the construction industry.
• Monitor all aspects of project performance, adjusting plans as necessary.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure project transparency and accountability.
• Compile project reports for stakeholders and funding bodies.
• Drive cost control measures to maximize profitability.
• Ensure that all projects comply with safety protocols and industry standards.
• Actively manage change orders and scope adjustments.
• Provide leadership during project meetings, ensuring all voices are heard.
• Encourage collaboration and innovation among project teams.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Management
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience leading construction projects

• Construction Management Software

Certifications

• Certified Construction Manager (CCM)
