Job Description

As our Recruitment Specialist based in Cape Town, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from identifying client needs to candidate onboarding. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to make a significant impact in our organization.

Responsibilities

• Source talent through various channels including social media, job boards, and networking.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to ascertain candidate fit.
• Provide feedback to candidates post-interview, maintaining a positive candidate experience.
• Analyze recruitment metrics to improve sourcing strategies continuously.
• Facilitate talent acquisition workshops and training sessions for internal teams.
• Develop a comprehensive recruitment schedule to ensure timely hiring.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Professional HR certification is an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Certifications

• SHRM-CP or PHR certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
