We are seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our Port Elizabeth team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a track record of meeting sales targets. You'll be involved in various sales activities, ensuring customers receive outstanding service and support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and tailored shopping experiences.
• Meet and strive to exceed sales targets set by management.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and effectively.
• Keep updated on product knowledge to assist customers accurately.
• Participate in stock takes and manage inventory levels.
• Create attractive merchandise displays to promote products.
• Assist in maintaining an inviting store environment.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store objectives.

Requirements

Education

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
• Higher education in retail or marketing is advantageous

Experience

• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in retail

Languages

• English: Fluent
