E-commerce Manager

Job Description

We are searching for an experienced E-commerce Manager to oversee our online sales and marketing strategies. You will be responsible for enhancing customer engagement, driving sales, and managing our e-commerce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, e-commerce operations, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to manage inventory levels.
• Lead efforts to optimize the checkout process and reduce cart abandonment.
• Enhance product visibility online through effective merchandising strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and news to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage the e-commerce team, providing mentorship and leadership.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing
• Master's degree in Digital Marketing is an advantage

Technical Skills

• PPC Campaign Management
• Email Marketing Tools (MailChimp, Klaviyo)

Certifications

• Certified Digital Marketing Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent
