We are on the lookout for a skilled Logistics Manager to oversee our logistics operations in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing supply chain processes, managing logistics budgets, and ensuring high service levels.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the entire logistics network to ensure efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align logistics with business objectives.
• Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining service quality.
• Manage the logistics team and provide training and development opportunities.
• Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate contracts.
• Utilize data analytics for improved decision-making.
• Ensure effective inventory management across all locations.
• Report on logistics KPIs and provide insights to the management team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• A Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management

Certifications

• Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
