Responsibilities

• Create engaging learning material and resources to support training programs.
• Deliver individual and group training sessions effectively using various teaching techniques.

• Support employee onboarding and continued education with relevant training offerings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Diploma in Adult Learning or Education is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in instructional design and training delivery

Certifications

• Certified Training Professional (CTP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
